System and culture in Africa is deeply Patriarchal. Women continuously suffer in silence even when they are subjected to the most tumultuous times by some men.Women stay silent because speaking up, amongst many things can result to atrocious repercussions.It is happening in religious places, Government, Multinationals, Organizations etc! You name it! It has become the norm with no system in place to curb this anomaly.
As we collectively strengthen cores, it is our hope that women get empowered to speak up and systematically use their voices to change this culture. It is important to note that women truly need the help of good men who will listen and collectively bring this culture change to existence.
